I’m so glad I chose Annie’s to replace the battery in my 2020 VW Tiguan. I had to jump start my car three times before I was able to get out of the garage so I was late to my appointment that I had booked online. They still got me in right away and the service was very quick. They were upfront and honest with pricing ahead of time so I was not surprised when it came time to pay. They even ordered two different types of batteries the day before my service because there were two options it could be for my car and they wanted to make sure they had the correct one on hand.

I had been waiting for a back ordered catalytic converter from another auto repair place for over a month and got tired of waiting. I talked to Annie’s Auto and they had the part the next day! Great service and people. I would HIGHLY recommend Annie’s to anyone!

Annie’s Auto did an excellent job replacing my front struts and rear brakes on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. They also repaired a cracked control arm, did a wheel alignment and flushed and refilled the brake fluid. I was actually surprised how nice the ride improved. The price was reasonable for the amount of work performed and they completed it in one day. I would recommend this business without exception. Well done.

First time at Annie’s Auto for warped rotors and I’ll definitely be back. Rick was professional, polite, and very informative...he even showed me the issue firsthand in the shop before repairs. The work was done in about 2 hours and cost ~$480 for front pads and rotors. The waiting area was CLEAN and comfortable (cookies and coffee were a nice touch). Overall, a great shop that clearly cares about their customers and their vehicles. HIGHLY recommend
